If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Order Tracking

Merch Crayon ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the shipment reaches their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Merch Crayon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Merch Crayon is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
